Transparency

We don’t “claim” to be a natural wine producers, but damn it if these wouldn’t be considered such. We just make thoughtful and real wines. Only an extremely low level of sulfur is used. This is normally a month or so before bottling, but depending on vintage could be earlier. We are believers in transparency.
